Rules:

Local rules apply even for TasyCat, so everyone can enjoy the site there are rules and regulations that have to be followed. If we find an infringement against TastyCats rules and conditions you will be given an official a warning or your account deleted without pre-warning. In severe cases of violation of our rules and regulations we will have no choice but to report the matter to the police. If it is a borderline case we will issue a warning.

If Tastycat is made aware of any severe abusive behaviour or profane content on TastyCat, a report can be made to our operators who will send a warning and in some cases will be able to close down your Internet subscription. If you think a user has broken the regulations you can make a report to our operators. Write to admin@tastycat.com

You give the right for Tastycat to send out its monthly members newsletter and to inform you of news, new rules, new related sites, winners etc via mail.

Concerning top list and choice of portrait pictures.

Try not choose a too provocative picture, we will preferably have a head and shoulders or full body shot (clothed), not purely pictures that are clearly showing such body parts as breast’s, behind etc. If you persist with uploading these types of pictures we will be forced to block them and simply delete your account from TastyCat.

If a user is being ignored by a large number of other users in the community, this maybe due to the fact that the user is disagreeable, sends out Spam, gives out wrong signals, or acts in an incorrect improper manner to others. In time the member will receive a warning and if ignored and the matter is repeated and no heed taken to our warnings they will have their account automatically deleted from TastyCat, without prior warning.

We would also like to clarify that if a company/person logs in to a female page of TastyCat for the sole purpose to pick up, or chase customers to your side, and to send out company business proposals to a great number of our members at Tastycat will lead to immediate deletion of their accounts. If you send improper proposals to TasyCat’s models re-participation Pornographic films, strip videos, offers of paid/unpaid sexual services the member will be reported to the police and their account immediately deleted, and we will be obliged to contact the members Internet supplier.

General rules and regulations on TastyCat.

You must follow swedish law while using TastyCat. Pornographic, selling of drugs, and publishing copyrighted material is forbidden on TastyCat.

You understand that it is not permissible to use TastyCat for illegal gain and/ or activities. Distribution of material that is illegal or experienced as shocking and offensive for example: Persecution of ethnic groups, Harassment, Bullying, chain letters or infringement of copyrighted material is forbidden. Even your Nickname can be deleted if taken as being offensive or obscene which can also lead to being reported to the police.

TastyCat works together with ISP’s, which means that ISP’s can close down your Internet subscription if abused. Linking to other sites that have illegal content is also considered as illegal. Any member that is found linking in this manner will be held responsible for this offence.

You have no right to use TastyCat for commercial purposes, for example: selling, advertising or promotion of products. In such cases can TastyCat claim damages?

You will not use tasty Cat as a distribution channel or a personal dating base for commercial gain, junk mail or Spam or chain letters. It is also forbidden to log in as a member of the oppositesex. Youdo not have the right to use, copy or send out other member’s pictures and information.

Any image and/ or comment that is found to be Profane, obscene, slanderouderous, defamatory, pornographic, threatening, racist and harassing is forbidden and not tolerated by TastyCat, and for any member to ignore this will result in their account being deleted and possible prosecution.

You are not permitted to upload virus infected files, pornographic images, copyrighted files, (for example, MP3 files of known artists), or link to pornographic, racist or any other obvious illegal site.

All forms of computer infringement in TastyCats system will be reported to the police. Abuse of TastyCats services/functions is absolutely forbidden e.g. guest book spamming, systematic spreading of political and religious propaganda.

Your passwords are your key to TastyCat and you are fully responsible to keep this as secure as possible. If we suspect that you have provided us with false information upon registration your account will be deleted.

Cookies

A cookie is a text file that is stored on a users computer, so that later the server can collect it when the member visits the site.

TastyCat uses cookies to make easier for individual members to re-visit the site.

The main purpose of cookies is to identify users and prepare customized Web pages for them.

When you enter TastyCat, you will be asked to fill out a form providing information to makeeasier availability of services when re-visiting Tastcat.no. This information is packaged into a cookie and sent to your Web browser, which stores it for later use.

The next time you go to the same Web site, your browser will send the cookie to the Web server. The server can use this information to present you with custom Web pages. So, for example, instead of seeing just a generic welcome page you might see a welcome page with your name on it

TastyCat uses one cookie to be able to measure the amount of page visits, visitors and for a internal statistics system and for the advertisement????? The information that is collected is anonymous and does not contain name-mail address or any other information that can be connected to an individual member.

Cookies are erased when you’re close down your browser

If you do not want to accept the use of cookies you can close off cookies via your browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla etc) safety tools. This will mean that the functions on TastyCat will be somewhat limited.
